Today the highs were in the 30s. When we went outside at recess we needed our hats and gloves.  Last week we had some days that were in the high 50s and we took our coats off.  The snow near the fence has melted and there's only a little snow left in the corner in front of the playground.  We notice that one tree is very brown and we wonder if it is dead.
