UNDERSTANDING REPORT CARDS AND POWER SCHOOL IN GRADE 2

Report Cards
*  All schools in the Diocese of Albany use report cards chosen by the Diocese
*  One report card is used for grades 1 - 4.

Each Subject:
*  The number/letter grade at the top represents your child's average
This grade comes directly from the assignment grades entered into Power
   School.
*  Underneath you will see NYS standards - the standards receive a "grade" of
excellent, good, improving, and needs improvement
The classroom teacher enters this grade based on assignment grades as
   well as daily classroom performance.
